Senior Manager - Manpower Planning & Analytics
Description:
- Lead the strategic planning and forecasting of manpower across by leveraging advanced analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- At least 14 years of relevant experience in manpower/resource planning in a large-scale operations.
- Own the design and governance of enterprise Power BI dashboards for workforce metrics
- Architect advanced analytics solutions using Python for forecasting, attrition modeling, and scenario planning
- Build predictive models to assess hiring demand, workforce supply, productivity, and cost impact.
- Influence workforce-related decisions through data-backed insights.
- Prepare management-level reports to recommend action plans and track performance against targets.
- Expert command of Python, Power BI, Advanced Excel.
- Hands on experience on analytical or statistical languages. Knowledge of forecasting, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques
