About Our Client

Our client, a leading organization with a rapidly growing Global Capability Center (GCC)/Shared Services operation, is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition leader to build, scale, and optimize their recruitment function. This is an opportunity to drive strategic hiring initiatives and attract top-tier talent across multiple functions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategy aligned with business objectives

- Build scalable recruitment processes for high-volume and niche hiring

- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, driving performance and capability building

- Manage full-cycle recruitment across tech, non-tech, leadership, and support functions

- Optimize sourcing strategies leveraging multiple channels and vendor partnerships

- Implement metrics-driven practices focused on quality of hire, time-to-fill, and cost-per-hire

- Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and hiring forecasts

- Drive employer branding initiatives and establish talent pipelines for critical roles

- Leverage ATS and recruitment technology for operational efficiency

- Ensure exceptional candidate experience and manage offer negotiations

Required Qualifications:

Experience:

- 9-12 years in talent acquisition with 3-5 years in a leadership role

- Proven experience in GCC, Shared Services, or large-scale operations

- Track record of managing high-volume hiring (100+ hires annually)

- Experience building or scaling TA functions preferred

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, analytics, and reporting

- Expertise in sourcing strategies for niche and volume roles

- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

- Proficiency with ATS platforms (Workday, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, etc.)

- Data-driven decision-making approach

Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or related field preferred

HR certifications (SHRM, HRCI) are a plus
