
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with both Legal and Non-Legal teams to ensure appropriate steps are taken to support business needs, while adhering to all the firm's policies.
- Lead the annual performance appraisal process including conducting calibration sessions.
- Assist in setting KPIs and performance goals in consultation with department heads.
- Drive continuous feedback and employee development initiatives.
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including employee life-cycle management (Leave and Attendance, payroll processing, off-boarding, HRIS administration)
- Assist in the preparation and validation of attendance and payroll inputs
- Coordinate with finance/payroll teams to ensure timely salary processing
- Conduct exits interview of employees on receipt of resignation and process the Full and Final settlement.
- Conduct regular audits of HR records.
- Oversee the Time Recording policy for the Legal Entity. Monitor leave records and absenteeism trends
- Manage the engagement survey process including execution of survey, evaluating results, communications, action plans and follow-up).
- Reporting from various HRIS sources and associated analytics.
- Provide support and partner with HR team in the deployment of annual HR programs and processes such as talent management, merit, performance reviews, development programs
- Manage internal inquiries with internal stakeholders in a timely manner for overall positive relationships
- Conduct special projects and other HR duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
- 12-15 years of progressive experience with increasing responsibility across core Human Resources processes, including Onboarding, Exit Management, Performance Management, HR Analytics, HRIS, and Employee Engagement Surveys.
- Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Proficient in HRMS / HRIS systems and MS Office (word, excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong understanding of HR functions and labor laws
