Role Overview As Manager - Business Development (Lead - Exports), you will spearhead Company's international growth initiatives across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. This strategic role demands a dynamic leader with deep industry expertise, commercial acumen, and a passion for market expansion. Key Responsibilities 1. Leadership & Strategy: - Lead and manage overseas business development operations - Define and implement global expansion strategies in line with company goals - Position as a preferred global player in the engineering and energy sector 2. Market Expansion & Business Development: - Identify and evaluate new international markets for products like Cables, Conductors, Transmission Towers, etc. - Develop and execute targeted market entry and growth strategies 3. Customer & Partner Engagement: - Build and sustain strong relationships with international clients, agents, and partners - Engage in regular international travel (~50%) to foster customer intimacy and market insights 4. Sales & Technical Support: - Support international sales with technical insights, solution proposals, and competitive intelligence - Work closely with sales teams to enhance global customer acquisition 5.
