Arsenius Skill Capital is hiring Senior Manager - Legal - Non Litigation (Real Estate)

Location: Mumbai

CTC: up to 30 Lac P.A.

Requisite:

- Law graduate from a premier institute (preferably National Law Universities). Prior exposure to Real Estate Non Litigation Mandatory

- Candidates with non-litigation profiles are required only.

Experience: 8 to 10 years.

- Sound Knowledge of RERA

- Proficient in drafting of MOUs, Term Sheets, Agreements, Commercial Contracts, Agreement to Sell, Conveyance Deeds, Notices, Security Documents and other transaction documents.

- Hands on with creation of a legal document / templates in line with the requirement laid down by the Management.

- Ability to review and comment on the title due diligence.

- Must have a clear understanding of the commercials that are generally part of any real estate transaction.

- Knowledge of Real Estate (Regulation & Development) Act, 2016 read along with its rules, Indian Contract Act etc.
