We are looking for a seasoned legal leader to head the legal function of a fast-growing fashion conglomerate. This role is heavily focused on Mergers & Acquisitions, Investments, and Strategic Contract Negotiations, making it a high-impact leadership position. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record of steering complex transactions, leading legal due diligence, and supporting senior leadership in decision-making while thriving in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on all M&A, investment, and corporate legal matters.

- Lead end-to-end legal due diligence for acquisitions, investments, and joint ventures.

- Structure, review, and negotiate large-scale contracts and shareholder agreements, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.

- Ensure smooth execution of M&A transactions, from deal structuring to closure.

- Drive corporate and legal compliance across multiple entities, supporting global expansion.

- Manage investor relations from a legal standpoint, ensuring transparency and compliance.

- Establish scalable legal frameworks and governance models suited to a fast-growing venture studio environment.

Candidate Profile:

- 8 to 10 years of experience, with significant exposure to M&A, investment transactions, due diligence, and large contract negotiations.

- Male candidates are preferred

- Strong expertise in corporate law, compliance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.

- Demonstrated ability to lead complex negotiations and partner with investors, promoters, and senior stakeholders.

- Experience in retail and/or fashion industry is a strong plus.

- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to balance strategic vision and operational execution.
