Should be able to draft Non-Disclosure Agreement, Sale/Purchase Agreement, Project Agreement, Memorandum of Understanding etc. Should have good drafting skills - To effectively handle legal matters in court & maintain updated list of court cases. - Ensuring standard safety & quality practices. Ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality & health management policies. - Protection of Intellectual Property Rights - Liasioning with external Consultants/Law Firms - Contract Management. - Handling Litigation cases. - Corporate Communication. - Handling of Intellectual Property Rights - International commercial laws - Reviewing and execution of legal and statutory requirements for green field projects and merger and acquisition - Labor Matter Experience: 10 -15 years Education: - Bachelor of Law (LLB)/Master in Law - Good advising, monitoring, researching and supervising skills Industry Type Exposure: Corporate Legal exposure preferably for a manufacturing setup
