About the Role:

We are looking for two seasoned techno-legal professionals to join our Corporate Legal Team in Chennai. You will drive end-to-end contract lifecycle management, risk profiling, and high-stakes negotiations for our global business operations.

Senior Manager - Legal & Contracts (SESA Market Focus):

Focus: Cross-border contracting, risk profiling, and legal operations across Southeast Asian markets (Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, etc.).

Key Requirement: Experience with SEA legal frameworks, regional risk assessments, cross-border compliance, and willingness to travel at short notice. Will manage a small legal team.

Senior Manager - Legal & Contracts (CISS Business Unit):

Serving as the core techno-legal partner for our Cloud, Infrastructure & Software Solutions (CISS) Business Unit.

Key Requirement: Deep expertise in drafting and negotiating complex IT services contracts, MSAs, SOWs, SLAs, multi-cloud agreements, and software licensing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee end-to-end contract drafting, redlining, negotiation, and closure.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial risks (liability, indemnification, damages, warranties, IP rights).

- Drive contract abstraction, archival, and lifecycle management utilizing modern CLM tools and AI-enabled contracting solutions.

- Act as a key business partner, interfacing directly with internal leaders, business units, in-house counsel, and external law firms.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in techno-legal contract management within IT, IT Services, SaaS, or tech-driven sectors.

- Strong working knowledge of contract management tools (CLM) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
