
Role Overview:
Lead and scale the learning strategy for a fast-growing, digital-first organization. This role focuses on building capability, strengthening leadership pipelines, and enabling business growth across technology, sales, operations, and frontline teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the enterprise learning strategy aligned to business goals
- Design leadership, functional, and digital learning programs
- Identify capability gaps and drive performance-focused interventions
- Build high-impact onboarding and continuous learning journeys
- Facilitate learning for mid and senior leaders
- Manage LMS, learning analytics, and compliance
- Partner with leaders to support change, new product rollouts, and adoption
Ideal Profile:
- 8-12+ years in Learning, Talent, or Organizational Development
- Experience in high-growth, digital-first environments
- Strong expertise in instructional design and leadership development
- Proven ability to scale learning for distributed workforces
- Excellent stakeholder management and facilitation skills
