Job Summary:
- Manage end-to-end Marketing Operations, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality output.
- Leverage 5 to 6 years of experience in Marketing Operations or Marketing Transformation roles.
- Oversee CRM activities, campaign management, and content creation/management.
- Lead initiatives to transform and optimize marketing operations for improved efficiency.
- Utilize process automation and workflow optimization tools such as SynOps, Jira, etc.
- Identify and address inefficiencies in current marketing processes, implementing improvements.
- Apply knowledge of RPA, process optimization, agentic workflows, and Generative AI (Gen AI) trends.
- Participate in business transformation initiatives, especially within the marketing operations domain.
- Six Sigma certification is a plus, but not required.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills.
- Collaborate effectively as a team player within cross-functional teams
