Designation: Senior Manager - International Compensation Reporting to: Senior General Manager - Human Resources - The Compensation and Benefits function is required to leverage compensation and benefits as a strategic driver of performance, retention and engagement globally. It focuses on the governance of total manpower cost of the organization including compensation, variable pay programs and other mechanisms. - The role is expected to drive effectiveness in ensuring a standardized approach to compensation across globally across the Company including pay structures, contracts. - This role will also be responsible for researching, establishing, and designing & maintaining a company's pay system as per philosophy. - Exposure to salary bench-marking survey, leading annual increment / bonus payouts. The role holder will also be responsible for driving annual manpower budgeting for International location and processes including automation. - The role holder will also have elements of managing & implementation of executive compensation and equity programs. - This role partners closely with talent acquisition teams, HR business partners and other groups to understand market practices, trends, challenges, regulatory changes and business requirements. The role holder should have an ability to organize activities and process to implement new design initiatives. - This role partners closely with HR business partners globally, data providers and other groups to understand market practices, trends, challenges and business requirements. The role holder should have an ability to simplify the complex, anticipate future consequences of changes, activities and process to implement new design initiative. - End to end management of Compensation program across international locations spread across APAC, MEA, LATAM, NA, CEE, RCIS etc. - To handle salary revision and bonus process including strategic decision guidance with respect to budget allocation, employee eligibility and coverage. Prepare and review business cases for requests for salary increase - To analyse compensation data in light of market benchmark and creating presentations for senior management to help them take budgetary decisions. - Supports in providing global or country specific salary survey submissions - Manage and coordinate with all stakeholders : Generalist teams, - Specialist teams, HR Service Delivery and Business Support to enable the delivery - Support business units for International manpower cost budgeting process. - Proposing system enhancement basis stakeholder's feedback. - Create analytics forecasting end of year manpower costs and long range manpower cost movements - Involvement in C&B projects to streamline C&B processes. - Supports the creation and maintenance of compensation process documents and Mobility trackers - Maintain educational material - process documentation for compensation practices - Own International employee contracts, maintain centralized control of any contract revision's and variations.
