Senior Manager - Inhouse Counsel - IT/ITeS

- More than 10 years of experience in in-house counsel with an IT/ITeS Company. Strong understanding of legal and compliance issues in technology and outsourcing domains

- Managing a wide range of transactional legal matters.

- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts including:

- Master Services Agreements (MSAs)

- Outsourcing Agreements

- SaaS, Cloud, Hosting, and Licensing Agreements

- Statements of Work (SOWs), SLAs, NDAs, MOUs

- Hardware purchase/leasing, staffing, and IT development agreements

- Lead negotiations independently with global clients, and vendors.

- Advise on legal risks, compliance, and strategic initiatives.

- Ensure compliance with international data protection laws and cross-border regulatory requirements.

- Liaise with external counsel and law firms, particularly in the US and Europe, to support global transactions.
