We're looking for a Senior Manager - HR with strong, hands-on experience in Talent Management COE and the ability to play a strategic HR Business Partner role.
This role demands expertise in succession planning, capability building, and performance management, coupled with the agility to partner closely with business leaders.

Proven, direct experience in a Talent Management COE role (not just exposure).
Maximum 12 years of total HR experience.
A full-time MBA/PGDM in HR from a recognized institution.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Management COE (Primary Focus):
- Design and implement frameworks for succession planning, leadership development, and career progression.
- Build and manage HiPo and Individual Development Plan (IDP) programs.
- Anchor goal-setting, performance review, and calibration cycles.
- Drive capability assessment and learning interventions with measurable impact.
- Strengthen culture and engagement through strategic talent initiatives.
HR Business Partnering (Secondary Focus):
- Act as HRBP for specific business functions.
- Translate TM insights into actionable people strategies.
- Support organization design, employee engagement, and change management.
- Collaborate with COEs (TA, C&B, L&D, HR Ops) for integrated delivery.
Policy & Governance:
- Ensure policy compliance and alignment with labour laws and business needs.
- Recommend updates and improvements as organizations scale.
Ideal Candidate:
- Up to 12 years of progressive HR experience with mandatory Talent Management COE ownership and HRBP readiness.
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and execute talent or leadership development frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Analytical, structured, and hands-on with a bias for execution.
- Exposure to HR systems and analytics preferred.
