
Senior Manager Human Resource Real Estate
Urgent Requirement for a Leading Real Estate Developer in Mumbai.
Job Location: Andheri
Experience: 6 to 7 years in Real Estate as HR Manager/Sr. Manager.
Day Shift with All Sunday's as well as 2nd and 4th Saturday fixed Weekoff.
The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire HR function within the company, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, managing HR operations, and leading talent acquisition efforts.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in the real estate industry and proven experience in managing diverse HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Drive organizational development initiatives to support business growth.
- Monitor HR metrics and analyze trends to inform business decisions.
Compliance:
- Ensure the company's HR policies and practices comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee the management of employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
HR Operations:
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Develop and manage the HR budget.
- Implement and maintain HR systems and databases.
Talent Acquisition:
- Lead the talent acquisition process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and selection.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive work environment through employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee grievances and mediate workplace conflicts.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to improve retention strategies.
Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance appraisal process and ensure timely and constructive feedback.
- Identify training and development needs and facilitate appropriate programs.
- Implement succession planning and career development initiatives.
- Work on quarterly projects assigned to improve efficiency of Human Resource functions and also work closely with other stake holders to improve interdepartmental relationships and communication.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in any Field (MBA's preferred).
- Minimum of 6 to 7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role within the real estate industry (Must).
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance, labor laws, and regulations.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and HR operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
