We are seeking a high-impact HR professional to drive organization-wide Talent Management and Leadership Development initiatives at the Corporate level (Group / Capital entity). This role is central to building future leaders across 12-14 portfolio companies through structured capability-building and career acceleration programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the flagship Leadership / Business Leadership Program for premier B-school graduates (end-to-end ownership)
- Manage campus relations with top HR and business schools (IIMs, TISS, SCMHRD etc.)
- Design and deliver engagement journeys including:
- 2-week induction programs
- Year-long capability workshops
- Evaluation cycles & progress tracking
- Anchor PMS, competency development frameworks and key TM interventions
- Program governance: trainer coordination, stakeholder reviews, scheduling, communication
- Work closely with leadership and CXOs to align on succession & talent pipeline needs
- Represent HR in high-visibility forums - present, influence, and drive decisions
- Collaborate with HRBPs across group companies to ensure deployment success
Ideal Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM in HR from premier institutes (IIMs strongly preferred; TISS/SCMHRD also considered)
- 5-7 years experience in HR with a strong foundation in TM/L&D/Leadership Programs
- Confident presenter with exceptional stakeholder management and persuasion skills
- Energetic, structured, proactive - able to work in a fast-paced leadership environment
- Comfortable engaging senior leaders regularly
- Extroverted, highly organized, strong multitasker with operational excellence
