- EDUCATION QUALIFICATION : Full Time MBA-HR (Mandatory); Part timers need not apply; MBA from a Good B School

- WORK EXPERIENCE : 10 - 14 years of experience in similar field.

- SKILLS & KNOWLEGDE : Employee Relations & Grievance Handling, stakeholder management, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
