Key Responsibilities:

1.Organizational Development (OD):

- Design and implement OD initiatives to support organizational change, efficiency, and culture-building.

- Lead competency mapping, workforce planning, and organizational restructuring as required.

- Conduct organizational assessments and develop action plans in alignment with business needs.

Performance Management System (PMS):

- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of PMS across the organization.

- Ensure goal-setting, mid-year reviews, annual appraisals, and feedback processes are executed effectively.

- Train managers and employees on performance evaluation methodologies.

Succession Planning:

- Develop and maintain succession plans for critical roles across global locations.

- Identify high-potential employees and create tailored development plans.

- Work closely with leadership to build a strong talent pipeline.

Training & Skill Development:

- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for employees across regions.

- Develop and execute training calendars, leadership development programs, and skill enhancement initiatives.

- Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.

Leadership Hiring:

- Drive end-to-end recruitment for senior-level and niche leadership positions.

- Partner with global business leaders to understand talent requirements.

- Manage talent mapping, headhunting, and hiring strategies for critical roles.

Global HR Initiatives:

- Work with HR teams across multiple countries to align HR practices and policies.

- Lead global engagement initiatives, culture-building programs, and HR compliance.

- Implement HR best practices across geographies ensuring process standardization.

Employee Engagement & HR Operations:

- Support initiatives that improve employee satisfaction, retention, and workplace culture.

- Oversee policy implementation, employee grievance handling, and HR compliance
