Job Location will be based out of Mumbai, Western Suburbs.

Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Human Resources Manager located in Mumbai.

- The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

- Day-to-day tasks include developing HR policies, conducting interviews, managing onboarding processes, addressing employee grievances, and ensuring adherence to labor laws.

- The role involves collaborating with department heads to address HR needs and providing strategic HR support to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications:

- Experience in recruitment, including interviewing, selecting, and onboarding candidates.

- Strong knowledge of employee relations, including addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.

- Proficiency in performance management, including setting performance standards and conducting evaluations.

- Familiarity with HR compliance, including knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.

- Over 10+ years of relevant HR experience.
