We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager - Human Resources to oversee and manage the full spectrum of HR functions.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on professional with a strong focus on strategic HR operations, talent management, and employee relations.

This is a key leadership role that requires a self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced, 6-day work environment.


Key Responsibilities

- Talent Acquisition & Management: Lead the entire recruitment lifecycle, from strategic sourcing and candidate screening to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and seamless

onboarding.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet the organization's current and future needs.

- Compensation & Salary Management: Manage and administer the company's compensation structure, including salary benchmarking, payroll inputs, and benefits administration to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.

- HRIS Management: Oversee the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy, system optimization, and leveraging the platform for reporting and analytics.

- Performance Management: Design, implement, and manage a robust performance management system, including goal setting, performance reviews, and continuous feedback mechanisms.

- Rewards & Recognition (R&R): Develop and execute effective R&R programs to motivate and retain high-performing employees.

- Admin Monitoring & Exit Formalities: Monitor administrative functions related to HR and manage all aspects of employee exit processes, including exit interviews and full & final settlement.

- Grievance Handling: Act as a key point of contact for employee grievances, ensuring timely and effective resolution to maintain a positive and productive work environment.


Skills & Qualifications

- Exceptional HR Operations Acumen: Strong, demonstrable experience in HR operations, with a deep understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

- MS Office Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory, with hands-on experience in creating pivot tables, utilizing VLOOKUP, developing dashboards, and preparing MIS reports.

- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

- Detail-Oriented: A meticulous approach with a keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in all HR related tasks and documentation.


Desired Candidate Profile

- A self-driven and proactive individual with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.


- Capable of adapting to a dynamic and demanding work environment.

- A strong problem-solver with a focus on delivering results.


Education

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- A Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred
