Our clients are a leading manufacturing organization based in suburban Mumbai.

Our clients are seeking a highly accomplished HR professional to lead talent management and HR operations from the company's head-office.

Ideal candidates must demonstrate high initiative, ownership, and integrity and possess a strong entrepreneurial drive and vision.

Candidate Profile

- MBA in Human Resources (2-year full-time) from a reputed institute with 12-17 years experience in talent acquisition and management.

- Will report to the Head-HR

Job Overview

Will lead the development and execution of talent strategies aligned with organizational goals. This role will focus on talent acquisition, talent development, performance management, succession planning, and campus programs to build a strong talent pipeline across the organization.

Principal Accountabilities

Talent Management:

- Design and implement talent strategies to support organizational growth plans.

- Conduct talent reviews and develop action plans for critical talent.

- Review and support talent movement plans for Sites and Corporate functions.

- Lead and manage the performance management process effectively.

- Communicate organizational goals across functions through webinars and mailers.

- Develop and execute succession planning for critical talent.

- Collaborate with APAC talent team to implement global/regional programs.

Talent Acquisition

- Deliver end-to-end recruitment for defined levels and functions, from sourcing to onboarding.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions and select suitable candidates.

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle to attract and retain top talent.

- Evaluate and manage recruitment vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality support.

- Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT.

- Maintain stakeholder coordination and publish HR recruitment dashboards.

Campus Hiring / Management Trainee Program:

- Plan, design, and drive the Management Trainee program to build talent pipelines at Sites and Corporate offices.

- Collaborate with academic institutes near Sites for talent acquisition.

- Engage management trainees through various communication channels.

- Conduct quarterly performance reviews in collaboration with reporting managers.

The position will close in the next four weeks.
