
The incumbent will be responsible for driving the HR strategy for the business, partnering closely with leadership to build talent, align organizational design, strengthen performance & culture. The incumbent will be central to shaping people processes, and supporting the organization's transformation and growth journey.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Translate business goals into HR priorities and deliver scalable people solutions.
- Lead workforce planning, org design discussions, job architecture, and succession planning.
- Actively participate in recruitment process to ensure high-quality and timely hiring.
- Develop and execute engagement programs to strengthen a high-performance, values-driven culture.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handling with fairness and empathy.
- Drive HR analytics and dashboards to enable data-based decision-making.
- Support policy design, process improvement, and HR governance initiatives.
Ideal Profile:
- Over 10 years of progressive HR Business Partnering experience, ideally in FMCG / Beauty & Personal Care / Consumer Goods / Startup environments.
- MBA in HR from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutes preferred.
- Strong business understanding with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and people-sensitivity.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using HR metrics and dashboards.
- Highly agile, adaptable, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
- Prior experience in leading teams preferred.
