
Role Overview:
As a Senior HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing comprehensive HR strategies for our internal team and potentially for key client engagements. This position involves leading critical HR functions, collaborating closely with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives, and fostering a high-performance, engaging work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust HR Generalist strategies and policies that support the firm's growth objectives and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all team members.
- Design and manage competitive Compensation and Benefits programs, including annual reviews and incentive structures, to attract and retain top talent.
- Lead the Compensation Planning process, conducting market research and analysis to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Drive the Performance Management cycle, including goal setting, regular feedback, appraisals, and development plans, to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Champion Employee Engagement initiatives, conducting surveys, analyzing feedback, and implementing programs that enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
- Conduct strategic Workforce Planning, forecasting talent needs and developing recruitment strategies to ensure the availability of critical skills for current and future projects.
- Enhance the firm's reputation as an employer of choice through proactive Employer Branding strategies, leveraging various platforms and initiatives.
- Oversee the effective utilization of HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity and leveraging technology for streamlined HR operations and reporting.
- Utilize advanced HR Analytics, including tools like SAP BI and Oracle, to generate insights, identify trends, and inform data-driven HR decisions for both internal and client projects.
- Provide expert HR advice and guidance to leadership and employees on complex HR matters, fostering a fair and supportive workplace.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated expertise in managing comprehensive HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, performance management, and employee relations, with 8-12 years of progressive experience.
- Proven ability to design and implement effective Compensation and Benefits and Compensation Planning strategies that align with business goals and market trends.
- Strong analytical capabilities, with hands-on experience in HR Analytics and proficiency in leveraging HRIS platforms, including exposure to tools like SAP BI and Oracle, for data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels and fostering a collaborative team environment.
- A strategic mindset with a track record of developing and executing impactful Workforce Planning and Employer Branding initiatives.
- Deep understanding of Performance Management frameworks and a passion for driving high-performance cultures through effective coaching and development.
- Adept at fostering positive Employee Engagement through innovative programs and proactive communication strategies.
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a premier institution is highly preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, advisory environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering results with precision and professionalism.
