Description: Human Resource Transformation Senior Manager

- Drive Competency-based Talent Management and Workforce Planning

- Assess and deploy HR Shared Services

- Lead HR & Talent Process Excellence and SaaS HR system implementations

- Manage large-scale HRT projects and HR Service Delivery Models

Professional Skills:


- Business Process Re-engineering, HR/Talent Process Design

- HR system implementation (Oracle/SAP, SaaS)

- HR Shared Services, HR Analytics, Policy Design

- Talent Management (Acquisition, Performance, Rewards)

- Project Management, Outsourcing Models

Candidate Profile:


- 12+ years in HRT/Talent Management consulting

- Comfortable engaging C-level executives globally

- Strong executive presence, collaborative, excellent communication

- Entrepreneurial mindset, commercial acumen, high integrity

- Energetic, flexible, diplomatic team player
