Role Overview :

As a Senior Manager - HR Solution Enablement, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing innovative HR solutions that drive business value. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders, including HR Business Partners, HR Technology, and business leaders, to understand their needs and translate them into effective and scalable HR solutions. You will also work closely with external partners, such as HR BPO providers and technology vendors, to ensure seamless integration and delivery of services. This role directly impacts the employee experience, operational efficiency, and strategic alignment of HR with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of HR solutions, encompassing processes, technology, and service delivery models, to meet evolving business requirements.

- Partner with HR Business Partners to understand business challenges and translate them into actionable HR solution roadmaps.

- Evaluate and select appropriate HR technology platforms and vendors, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and budget.

- Manage the implementation and integration of HR technology solutions, ensuring data integrity, security, and user adoption.

- Develop and maintain HR process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials to ensure consistent and efficient service delivery.

- Oversee the performance of HR BPO providers and HR Shared Services, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and continuous improvement.

- Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and leverage technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

- Manage HR solution-related projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in HR technology and service delivery to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement end-to-end HR solutions, including process design, technology selection, and service delivery models.

- Proven experience in HR consulting, with a focus on process optimization and technology enablement.

- Strong understanding of HR BPO and HR Shared Services models, including service level agreements and performance management.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative and effective solutions.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.

- Adaptable to a dynamic work environment and comfortable working in a hybrid or on-site setting based in Mumbai or Bangalore.
