- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with stakeholders and senior leadership.

- Monitor project progress, track milestones, manage risks, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

- Liaise with HR teams, business units, external vendors, and leadership; communicate expectations and prepare progress reports or presentations.

- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements, leveraging HR technology (e.g., KEKA HRIS), and implementing best practices
