We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR PMO to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of key HR initiatives and projects. This role will serve as a strategic partner to the HR leadership team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals Key Responsibilities: - Drive and manage HR strategic initiatives and projects across functions such as Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement. - Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation. - Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery. - Collaborate with HR and cross-functional stakeholders to align project objectives. - Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership updates. - Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans. - Facilitate governance meetings, track action items, and ensure accountability. - Standardize processes and develop templates/tools for effective project management. - Support budget tracking and ROI analysis for HR initiatives. - Drive continuous improvement efforts across HR programs and processes.
