Role Summary:
- Lead and strengthen enterprise-scale HR Operations across the complete employee life cycle.
- Own high-volume, compliance-driven HR processes with a strong focus on BGV, Induction, and Onboarding.
- Drive operational excellence, governance, and superior employee experience in a large, global environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end HR Operations and employee life cycle management.
- Own and govern Background Verification processes at enterprise scale.
- Drive seamless induction and onboarding for large, diverse workforces.
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, compliance, and statutory requirements.
- Manage HR documentation, audits, and operational risk controls.
- Partner with business and HR stakeholders to improve process efficiency.
- Manage vendors, SLAs, escalations, and service quality.
- Build scalable HR operations frameworks aligned with business growth.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation of HR processes.
- Ensure consistent employee experience across locations and functions.

- Accuracy and turnaround time of BGV and onboarding processes.
- Compliance adherence and audit closure effectiveness.
- Reduction in onboarding cycle time and operational errors.
- Vendor performance, SLA adherence, and cost optimization.
- Employee experience metrics during joining and life cycle events.
- Scalability and stability of HR operations processes.
- Stakeholder satisfaction across HR and business teams.

Technical Skillsets:
- Strong expertise in HR Operations and Employee Life Cycle Management.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise Background Verification processes.
- Deep knowledge of HR compliance, audits, and documentation standards.
- Experience managing HR operations at scale in large MNC environments.
- Exposure to HRIS, onboarding platforms, and workflow tools.
- Strong understanding of vendor management and SLA governance.
- Ability to interpret HR data, dashboards, and operational metrics.
