We are proud to partner with a globally recognized Fortune 500 insurance enterprise to onboard a Senior Manager - HR Operations. This role will be pivotal in driving operational excellence across HR processes and ensuring seamless delivery at enterprise scale.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end HR Operations & Employee Life Cycle Management
- Own and strengthen Background Verification (BGV) processes across functions
- Drive Onboarding & Induction for high-volume and diverse talent pools
- Ensure HR governance, audits, documentation & compliance standards are consistently met
- Partner with business, TA, and COE teams to enhance employee experience
- Manage vendors, escalations, SLAs, and operational risks proactively
- Build scalable HR delivery frameworks for a global and growing workforce
- Drive continuous improvement through automation, analytics & system adoption
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 8 - 12 years of experience in HR Operations within MNC / IT / ITES / BFSI environments
- Strong hands-on expertise in BGV, Onboarding, Induction & Lifecycle processes
- Solid understanding of labor compliance, process controls & HR risk management
- Track record of managing large volumes with precision and governance
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, vendor management & team leadership
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth global setups
