Senior Manager - Human Resources (Operations & Compliances) Roles & Responsibilities: - Responsible for end-to-end headcount budgeting, master inputs and controls, onboarding & offboarding process. - Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and handling grievances. - Administer performance management processes to support employee development. - Maintain confidential employee records and ensure data security. - Stay up-to-date ensuring all HR practices align with best practices. - Collaborate with stakeholders to address HR needs and implement best practices. - Handle payroll processes, including Provident Fund (PF) Mediclaim, Life Insurance and any other HR compliance that may be introduced by the authorities.
