About the Role:
As the Senior HR Manager Operations, you will drive end-to-end HR operational excellence across a multi-location business. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance, smooth workforce management, process improvement, and employee experience across units.
Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Operations Management
- Monitor and optimize manpower deployment and workforce planning across properties.
- Ensure timely processing of payroll inputs, attendance, and leave reconciliations.
2. Compliance & Statutory Adherence
- Handle audits, inspections, and liaison with statutory authorities.
3. Employee Lifecycle Management
- Oversee exit formalities, full & final settlements, and ensure feedback mechanisms are followed.
4. Policy Implementation & SOPs
- Partner with unit managers to ensure consistent execution of HR processes.
5. Industrial Relations & Grievance Handling
- Build a positive and legally compliant work environment across teams and regions.
6. Vendor Management (if applicable)
- Monitor outsourced staff deployment, rotation, and performance.
7. HR Analytics & Reporting
- Provide operational HR insights to management for decision-making.
Desired Profile:
- Experience: 1015 years of experience in HR operations
Skills:
- Excellent people management and coordination skills
- Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS tools
- Willingness to travel across locations if required
