About the Role:

As the Senior HR Manager Operations, you will drive end-to-end HR operational excellence across a multi-location business. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance, smooth workforce management, process improvement, and employee experience across units.


Key Responsibilities:


1. HR Operations Management


- Manage all core HR operations: employee onboarding, exits, HRIS maintenance, documentation, and personnel records.

- Monitor and optimize manpower deployment and workforce planning across properties.

- Ensure timely processing of payroll inputs, attendance, and leave reconciliations.


2. Compliance & Statutory Adherence


- Ensure compliance with all applicable Indian labor laws (e.g., Shops & Establishments Act, CLRA, POSH, ESIC, PF, Gratuity, Minimum Wages Act).

- Handle audits, inspections, and liaison with statutory authorities.


3. Employee Lifecycle Management


- Streamline processes for employee onboarding, background verification, ID creation, and joining formalities.

- Oversee exit formalities, full & final settlements, and ensure feedback mechanisms are followed.


4. Policy Implementation & SOPs


- Implement and monitor adherence to HR policies, SOPs, and process standards across units.

- Partner with unit managers to ensure consistent execution of HR processes.


5. Industrial Relations & Grievance Handling


- Manage employee grievances at units and coordinate disciplinary actions if required.

- Build a positive and legally compliant work environment across teams and regions.


6. Vendor Management (if applicable)


- Manage third-party agencies, track service level agreements, and cost effectiveness.

- Monitor outsourced staff deployment, rotation, and performance.


7. HR Analytics & Reporting


- Maintain accurate MIS reports related to headcount, attrition, hiring, absenteeism, and compliance.

- Provide operational HR insights to management for decision-making.


Desired Profile:


- Education: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institute

- Experience: 1015 years of experience in HR operations

Skills:


- Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance, Payroll & Audits

- Excellent people management and coordination skills

- Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS tools

- Willingness to travel across locations if required
