
The HR Business Partner (HRBP) is a senior strategic role responsible for aligning people strategy with business goals, partnering closely with leadership to drive performance, culture, and capability building across the organization. The role requires deep HR expertise, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to translate business strategy into HR priorities, workforce plans, and organizational design interventions.
- Lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle for the assigned business units, including manpower planning, onboarding, performance, career development, and exits.
- Drive the performance management process, including goal setting, calibration, feedback, and development planning, ensuring a high-performance, merit-based culture.
- Lead talent management and succession planning for critical roles; identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on complex employee relations cases, grievance handling, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution, ensuring fair and legally compliant decisions.

Education:
Full-time master's degree
