
A leading hospitality and leisure platform is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner to work closely with business leaders on talent strategy, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. The role involves end-to-end HRBP ownership for a business unit, including performance management, employee engagement, and leadership advisory. This is a high-impact role requiring strong business acumen, data-driven decision making, and stakeholder influence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals
- Drive talent planning, succession, and high-potential development
- Own performance management cycles and leadership coaching
- Lead employee engagement, retention, and lifecycle management
- Ensure policy adherence, governance, and HR compliance
- Leverage HR analytics to drive data-backed people decisions
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5-7 years of HRBP experience in services, hospitality, or similar sectors
- Strong experience in business partnering, not just HR operations
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and leadership teams
- Strong understanding of performance management and talent frameworks
- Exposure to fast-paced, matrixed organizations preferred
- MBA/PGDM in HR from a reputed institute
