Role Overview:

The HR Analytics Manager will play a key role in driving workforce effectiveness and sales productivity across the organization. This role involves deep collaboration with the CEO and National Sales Head to track people and performance metrics, identify productivity levers, and enable data-backed decision-making. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capability with business understanding, helping to align HR initiatives with revenue outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Workforce & Productivity Analytics:

- Track, analyze, and report key sales productivity metrics - revenue per employee, conversion ratios, lead-to-sale efficiency, and sales cycle time.

- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve sales effectiveness through data insights.

- Develop dashboards and reports for leadership to monitor performance across teams and regions.

2. HR Data & Performance Insights:

- Partner with HR and Sales teams to design performance KPIs aligned with business goals.

- Analyze employee performance, attrition, hiring effectiveness, and engagement data to understand their impact on sales productivity.

- Provide actionable insights to optimize team structures, incentives, and training interventions.

3. Strategic Collaboration:

- Work closely with the CEO and Sales Head to link HR metrics with business outcomes.

- Participate in reviews and strategy discussions, presenting people analytics that guide decision-making.

- Support planning of manpower budgets and productivity targets for each region.

4. Tools, Systems & Process Optimization:

- Implement and manage HR analytics tools, dashboards, and reporting platforms (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

- Streamline data collection and reporting processes for accuracy and timeliness.

-Collaborate with the Tech team to enhance integration between HRIS, CRM, and Sales systems.

5. Productivity Enhancement Projects:

- Identify underperforming teams or regions and propose data-driven improvement strategies.

- Design and measure the impact of initiatives such as incentive plans, training programs, or process changes.

- Track ROI of HR initiatives in terms of revenue and productivity outcomes.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Experience: 3-5 years in HR Analytics, People Analytics, or Sales Performance Analytics (preferably in a sales-driven organization such as real estate, financial services, or tech).

- Education: MBA / Postgraduate in HR, Business Analytics, or Statistics preferred.

Skills:

- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, or similar tools.

- Understanding of sales processes and productivity metrics.

- Ability to present complex data in clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
