Strategic Responsibilities:

- Provide data-driven people insights to support organisation, workforce and talent decisions.

Execution Responsibilities:

- Own implementation of HR systems, policies, processes and annual people programmes.

- Personally drive critical and senior hiring, onboarding, performance cycles, compensation reviews and employee interventions.

- Set clear owners, timelines and governance for HR initiatives and track delivery against milestones.

- Build practical, scalable HR processes across Group businesses while accommodating business-specific needs.

- Resolve operational HR issues quickly and maintain high standards of confidentiality, compliance and employee experience.

AI Transformation & Digital HR:

- Develop an AI-enabled HR roadmap identifying high-impact use cases across recruitment, onboarding, learning, performance management, employee engagement and HR operations.

- Evaluate and implement appropriate AI, automation and HR technology solutions with business and technology stakeholders.

- Use AI and automation to reduce manual administration, improve turnaround times and enhance employee experience.

- Build HR dashboards and people analytics covering hiring, attrition, performance, productivity, talent and workforce costs.

- Prepare employees and managers for AI-driven changes in roles, skills and ways of working.

- Establish responsible AI governance covering data privacy, confidentiality, human oversight and compliance.

- Champion a digitally enabled, process-led and increasingly self-service HR function.

Cultural Transformation & Change Management:

- Lead a deliberate cultural transformation agenda to build a high-performance, accountable, collaborative and future-ready organisation.

- Track cultural transformation through measurable indicators such as engagement, retention, internal mobility, leadership effectiveness, performance differentiation and employee feedback.

- Develop manager capability so people managers become active owners of culture, engagement and performance.

- Create mechanisms to recognise and reward behaviours that reinforce the desired culture.

- Strengthen internal communication so employees understand the Groups strategy, priorities, changes and expectations.

- Design and execute change-management programmes for organisational, technology, AI and process transformation.

- Identify cultural gaps through employee feedback, engagement surveys, attrition patterns, performance data and leadership discussions.

- Work with Group leadership and business heads to role-model the desired culture and drive behavioural change from the top.

- Build a culture of ownership, accountability, meritocracy, collaboration, customer focus and continuous improvement.

- Translate cultural aspirations into observable behaviours, management practices and people processes across the employee lifecycle.

- Define and embed a clear set of Group values, behaviours and leadership expectations aligned with Groups growth ambitions.

Candidate Profile:

- 10-15 years of relevant HR experience, preferably across multiple businesses or entities.

- Experience in a growing, entrepreneurial or professionally managed organisation.
