Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead Finance Transition and Transformation initiatives while embedding a culture of Continuous Improvement, Lean, and Six Sigma across our Global Finance Shared Services Centers (FSSC). The role will be responsible for driving seamless transition of finance processes, designing and implementing transformation roadmaps, and building organizational capability to deliver sustainable efficiency, standardization, and value creation.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Transition & Transformation Management:

- Lead end-to-end transition of finance processes into Global FSSC, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer, process stabilization, and governance.

- Develop and execute transformation roadmaps for standardization, automation, and digitization of finance processes.

- Partner with business units, local finance, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost optimization, and value delivery.

- Establish best practices, tools, and frameworks to support large-scale transitions and global process migrations.

2. Lean & Six Sigma Deployment:

- Drive the adoption of Lean and Six Sigma principles across all FSSC locations (India, Germany & Mexico).

- Lead continuous improvement programs (Lean/ Yellow belt/ Green Belt projects) to enhance quality, reduce cycle time, and improve customer experience.

- Train and mentor FSSC employees on Lean, Six Sigma, and other problem-solving methodologies.

- Build an internal capability framework to ensure sustainability of improvements and innovation.

3. Capability Building & Culture:

- Foster a strong culture of operational excellence, accountability, and continuous learning within the FSSC.

- Design and roll out structured learning programs, certifications, and knowledge-sharing platforms for Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement.

- Champion a culture of change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new systems, tools, and ways of working.

4. Governance & Reporting:

- Track and report performance metrics, transformation benefits, and continuous improvement outcomes to senior leadership.

- Ensure adherence to transition and transformation governance standards, risk controls, and compliance requirements.

- Provide thought leadership and benchmarking insights for future-state finance operating models.

Preferred Qualification:

- Bachelor's/Master's/CA

- 10-15 years of experience in Finance Shared Services, Transition Management, and Transformation roles.

- Proven track record in leading multi-country finance transitions and large-scale transformation programs.

- Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt / Black Belt (Master Black Belt preferred).

- Strong understanding of finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, Treasury, FP&A, etc.) and technology enablers (ERP, RPA, AI/ML, Workflow tools).

- Excellent stakeholder management, program management, and change management skills.

- Ability to influence senior leadership and drive collaboration across geographies.
