Description:


Role Overview

The Senior Manager Finance (F&A) will lead and manage the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay function . The role ensures accurate vendor management, procurement compliance, timely payments, process automation, and financial governance across all projects, including construction, facilities, and real estate operations. The role works closely with Procurement, Projects, Contracting, and Shared Services to ensure strong financial controls and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. P2P Process Management

- Lead and oversee the complete Procure-to-Pay cycle, including vendor onboarding, PO creation, GRN matching, invoice processing, and payment execution.

- Ensure accurate 3-way matching (POGRNInvoice) and adherence to internal financial controls.

- Monitor AP ageing, payment schedules, and cash flow impact.

2. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

- Manage vendor relationships, credit terms, and payment negotiations.

- Resolve vendor disputes, billing issues, and ensure timely payments.

- Work closely with Procurement, Project teams, and Contracts to align purchasing with budgets and project timelines.

3. Financial Control & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE VAT regulations, IFRS standards, and audit requirements.

- Implement strong internal controls to prevent leakage, duplicate payments, and non-compliant purchases.

- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities related to Accounts Payable.

4. Automation & Process Improvement

- Lead P2P transformation initiatives to automate workflows (ERP, AP automation tools, OCR, approval matrix).

- Identify bottlenecks and streamline processes to improve accuracy and turnaround time.

- Implement dashboards and KPIs to monitor invoice processing, cycle time, and vendor performance.

5. Team Leadership

- Manage, mentor, and supervise AP Officers, Accountants, and P2P specialists.

- Build a high-performance team culture focused on accuracy, timelines, and compliance.

6. Reporting & Analytics

- Provide AP ageing, DPO analysis, payment forecasts, and cash flow insights to senior leadership.

- Present reports to Finance leadership and business heads on P2P performance.

- Support budgeting processes and financial planning with vendor and payment data.
