We are expanding and looking for dynamic finance leaders to join our team in Mysore to drive financial strategy and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the entire Finance & Accounts function of the hospital. - Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). - Ensure statutory compliance including Income Tax, TDS, GST, and other regulatory filings. - Develop internal controls, policies, and procedures to ensure the integrity of financial information. - Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments for cost optimization and resource allocation. - Monitor and analyze financial performance, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs). - Oversee billing, collections, vendor payments, and receivables management. - Interface with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities. - Spearhead digital transformation initiatives in finance such as ERP implementations. - Prepare MIS reports and present financial insights to senior management for decision-making. Candidate Profile: - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in finance & accounts, with mandatory experience in the hospital/healthcare sector. - Strong working knowledge of hospital billing systems, costing, TPA & insurance processes. - Expertise in statutory compliance, audits, and internal controls. - Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis. - Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills. - Prior experience with ERP systems (like SAP, Oracle, etc.) is a plus.
