About the Role:

We are looking for an accomplished Sr. Manager Leadership Hiring to lead CXO and senior leadership recruitment mandates across industries. This role demands strong expertise in executive search, stakeholder engagement, and end-to-end leadership hiring. The incumbent will also support business growth targets through successful execution of mandates and nurturing long-term client partnerships.

Job Role:

Leadership Hiring Execution:

- Drive end-to-end hiring for CXO and senior leadership roles across industries.

- Lead talent mapping, market research, and headhunting strategies for niche and critical mandates.

- Manage candidate assessments, referencing, and cultural fit evaluations.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

- Engage with Boards, Founders, and Senior Leaders to define and deliver on leadership talent needs.

- Provide clients with market intelligence, compensation benchmarking, and talent insights.

- Ensure high-quality candidate experience and long-term client trust.

Business Contribution:

- Contribute to assigned revenue targets through execution of leadership mandates.

- Partner with the AVP / Business Head to identify new opportunities and client expansions.

- Convert successful mandates into repeat and retained business engagements.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

- Mentor and guide junior consultants and researchers on delivery.

- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, analytics, HR) to drive execution excellence.

- Promote a culture of delivery ownership, innovation, and client-first mindset.

Job Requirements:

- 10-12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Executive Search.

- Proven track record in successfully closing senior and leadership roles across industries.

- Strong expertise in headhunting, networking, and leadership talent mapping.

- Exposure to managing client relationships and revenue-linked hiring outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Full-time Masters degree in HR, Business Management, or related field.

- Certification in leadership assessment / executive coaching will be a plus.

Desired Competencies:

- Leadership Hiring Expertise: Deep knowledge of leadership markets and search practices

- Stakeholder Management: Ability to influence and engage with senior leaders confidently.

- Business Acumen: Understanding of revenue-linked delivery and client business needs.

- Analytical Thinking: Strong in market research, data-driven insights, and benchmarking.

- Collaboration & Mentorship: Ability to coach teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
