Senior Manager - Ethics/Compliance & POSH

Case Management & Investigations

- Coordinate and support internal investigations related to ethics and compliance.

- Review investigation reports for accuracy and completeness.

- Maintain a centralized and secure log of all ethics cases.

- Ensure all cases are actioned and closed within defined timelines.

Reporting & Documentation

- Create concise summaries of cases for board-level updates and leadership reporting.

- Ensure timely and accurate reporting on the Ethics Portal.

POSH Compliance

- Manage the POSH tracker and ensure real-time updates.

- File POSH cases on the designated government portal in compliance with legal requirements.

- Monitor case progress and follow up on pending actions.

Training & Awareness

- Facilitate ethics and POSH-related training sessions across the organization.

- Develop and disseminate awareness communications on ethics policies and practices.

- Collaborate with HR and Communication teams to promote a culture of ethics and respect.

Policy Management

- Assist in reviewing and updating ethics and POSH policies as needed.

- Ensure policy changes are communicated effectively and implemented across relevant departments.
