Senior Manager - Ethics & Compliance - Hospitality Services

Opportunity with a leading hospitality and vacation ownership platform to drive ethics and compliance across the organization. The role will lead internal investigations, manage POSH compliance, and ensure strong governance through reporting, policy management, and training initiatives. This is a high-visibility role working closely with HR leadership and driving organization-wide ethics programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and coordinate ethics investigations and ensure timely case closure

- Maintain centralized case records and ensure governance compliance

- Drive POSH compliance including filings, tracking, and case monitoring

- Prepare leadership and board-level ethics reports

- Conduct ethics and POSH training and awareness programs

- Support policy updates and implementation across the organization

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- 5-13 years of experience in ethics, compliance, HR, or legal roles

- Strong hands-on experience in POSH and investigations

- Prior exposure to corporate ethics frameworks and governance

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive matters

- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai (onsite role)
