Over the last 37 years, IT has played an integral role in helping clients succeed through many economic cycles It provides expertise and experience delivering governance services, transportation & traffic solutions, energy management solutions, surveillance and workforce management, broadcasting solutions as well as software services aligning technology with client businesses. We are looking out for Senior Manager- Enterprise sales for our client office in Mumbai.

Job Title: Senior Manager - Enterprise Sales

Role Summary:

Join us as a Strategic Growth Architect where ambition meets opportunity. We're seeking a visionary sales strategist to accelerate growth across enterprise segments like Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Large Corporates. Youll spearhead high-impact initiatives in Digital Transf ormation, Cloud/SaaS, Hospital Management Systems, Cybersecurity, ITManaged

Services, and our proprietary asset-based solutions. If you have 710+ years of sales experience, youve likely sat across the table from CxOs, understood their challenges and helped them find the right solutions. You communicate well,stay focused on results, and work confidently in fast-paced settings.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Enterprise Account Leadership

- Drive strategic growth plans for key enterprise accounts

- Build strong relationships with CxOs/CIOs; identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities

- Ensure long-term client retention and satisfaction

2. Sales & Revenue Ownership

- Own the sales funnel, from prospecting to closure

- Identify new opportunities across focus sectors

- Collaborate with solution and commercial teams for impactful pitches

3. Solution Expertise

- Position cloud, SaaS, digital solutions, hospital management, IT services, and cyber security as business enablers

- Translate tech capabilities into tangible client value

- Stay ahead of digital trends

4. Cross-functional Collaboration

- Work with delivery, marketing, and support teams to ensure client success

- Participate in reviews and strategy sessions to align with company goals

5. Executive Communication & Storytelling

- Craft compelling presentations and proposals

- Lead boardroom conversations with insight and clarity

6. Market Intelligence

- Leverage deep domain knowledge in manufacturing, healthcare, and BFSI (optional)

- Track market trends, client shifts, and competitor moves

7. Travel Flexibility

- Open to frequent travel across India and abroad as needed

Requirements:

- 7-10+ years of enterprise sales experience in manufacturing, healthcare, or large corporates

- Strong track record in digital solution sales (cloud, SaaS, cybersecurity, etc.) will be preferred.

- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
