Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health & Wellness, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
Must be employed with Corporates.
- Proven experience in designing and managing corporate wellness and employee engagement programs.
- Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive employee wellness programs
- Develop and implement employee benefit and engagement strategies
- Design and execute Corporate Wellness Programs to promote employee well-being.
- Strategically plan and oversee Corporate Health Checks to ensure employees have access to comprehensive preventive care.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance mental health and emotional well-being of employees.
- Establish workplace wellness solutions by building strategic partnerships with hospitals, diagnostic centers, and fitness centers.
- Innovate and refine Corporate Health Insurance policies to align with organizational objectives
- Strong understanding of mental health strategies, and employee assistance programs
