Job Description:

As part of this transformation, the organization is looking to hire a high-caliber professional to drive global planning transformation initiatives, planning excellence programs, and integrated business planning capabilities across multiple geographies.

Role Overview:

This is a strategic transformation role focused on designing, standardizing, and enhancing planning processes, capabilities, and digital planning solutions across global operations.

The role will work closely with regional planning teams, business leaders, supply chain functions, commercial teams, finance, and technology partners to drive enterprise-wide planning transformation and business performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive Global Planning Transformation initiatives across regions and business units.

- Lead Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process design, governance, and capability development programs.

- Partner with business, supply chain, finance, commercial, and technology teams to drive planning excellence.

- Lead process harmonization, standardization, and change management initiatives.

- Drive adoption of advanced planning platforms and digital planning solutions.

- Support demand sensing, scenario planning, predictive analytics, and planning automation initiatives.

- Establish planning governance frameworks, KPIs, and best practices.

- Influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across a complex global matrix organization.

- Collaborate with global transformation leaders to improve planning effectiveness and business outcomes.

Candidate Profile:

Mandatory Experience:

- 7-10 years of relevant experience.

- Proven experience in:

i. Global Planning Transformation

ii. Supply Chain Transformation

iii. Planning Excellence

iv. Integrated Business Planning (IBP)

v. Digital Supply Chain Transformation

- Experience working across multiple geographies and global business environments.

- Strong stakeholder management and change leadership capabilities.

- Demonstrated experience driving process transformation and business improvement initiatives.
