Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Strategy & Execution Develop and execut HR strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Performance & Talent Management Drive performance and talent initiatives to build a high-performing workforce.
- PMS Implement and manage Performance Management Systems for goal setting and appraisals.
- Compensation and Benefits Oversee C&B structures to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
- Administration & Facility Management Supervise office administration, vendor management, and facility operations.
- Employee Relations & Communication Handle employee engagement, grievance resolution, and internal communications
Preferred Qualifications:
- 612 years of relevant experience
MUST have experience in the real estate, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
