Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Leadership:
- Own and drive end-to-end talent acquisition strategy for leadership, corporate, tech, and business roles
- Partner with senior stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and deliver on aggressive growth plans
- Build and manage high-performing recruitment teams and external partners
- Drive data-backed hiring decisions, metrics, and continuous process improvements
Employer Branding & Campus Strategy:
- Lead employer branding initiatives across digital platforms, social media, and offline touch points
- Strengthen presence across Tier-1 campuses, alumni networks, and industry forums
- Design and execute campus hiring, leadership hiring, and early-talent programs
- Craft and communicate a strong Employee Value Proposition (EVP) aligned with company culture and growth story
Stakeholder & Culture Impact:
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on talent market insights and workforce planning
- Ensure hiring practices reflect diversity, inclusion, and high-quality bar-setting
- Represent the organization as a talent ambassador at industry and campus events
