Key Responsibilities: - Oversee contract management & arbitration across BOT-Toll/HAM/Annuity projects - Ensure compliance with contractual provisions and regulatory requirements - Manage contractual disputes, arbitration matters, and legal advisory - Handle claims, counterclaims, and contract dispute resolution (CDR) - Supervise and ensure contract compliance for assigned road projects - Liaise with legal teams, regulatory bodies, and authorities - Monitor annuity payments, statutory obligations, and project risks - Prepare MIS reports, legal documentation, and policy recommendations Requisites: - B.Tech (Civil) / LLB from a top institute - 12-15 years of experience in contract management, arbitration, and legal compliance (highways preferred) - Strong expertise in BOT-Toll/HAM/Annuity models & dispute resolution - Excellent knowledge of infrastructure contracts, legal frameworks, and regulatory requirements - Ability to advise, negotiate, and represent the company in arbitration forums - Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills Location: Mumbai
