
Leading hospitality platform is hiring a Senior Manager - Compensation & Benefits to drive end-to-end rewards strategy, performance management, and benefits frameworks. The role will own compensation design, PMS cycles, rewards programs, and policy governance while leveraging analytics for decision-making. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive compensation benchmarking, salary structures, and internal equity frameworks
- Own end-to-end performance management cycle including increments, promotions, and incentives
- Lead implementation and optimisation of total rewards systems and tools
- Build analytics dashboards and generate insights for compensation decisions
- Design and update policies aligned with business and regulatory requirements
- Oversee benefits programs and employee recognition initiatives
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 5-10 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards
- Strong experience in PMS cycles, compensation design, and benchmarking
- Exposure to analytics, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making
- Background in hospitality, consumer, or services-driven organisations preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and policy formulation experience
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai (onsite role)
