
Description: We are seeking a strategic and analytical Senior Manager - Compensation & Rewards to design, manage, and optimize our organizations total rewards strategy. The ideal candidate will drive competitive compensation structures, implement performance-based reward systems, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while aligning rewards with business objectives to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Compensation Strategy & Planning
- Lead annual compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, and pay structure design across levels and geographies.
- Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to provide compensation insights for workforce planning, promotions, and retention cases.
Rewards & Recognition
- Design and manage short-term and long-term incentive plans (STI/LTI) that drive performance and align with company objectives.
- Oversee employee recognition programs that foster engagement and reward high performers.
Market Benchmarking & Analytics
- Conduct market surveys and analyze compensation trends to ensure competitive positioning.
- Provide data-driven insights and dashboards to guide decision-making on salary budgets, variable pay, and rewards.
Compliance & Governance
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal policies related to pay and benefits.
- Maintain pay equity and transparency across functions and levels.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with finance, HR operations, and business leaders to manage compensation budgets and headcount plans.
- Present recommendations to senior leadership with clear rationale backed by data and market insights.
Key Requirements:
Education: MBA / Masters degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
Experience: 10-15 years of progressive experience in Compensation & Benefits / Total Rewards roles, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong expertise in compensation benchmarking, incentive plan design, and analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, HRIS, and compensation modeling tools (e.g., Mercer, Aon, Willis Towers Watson).
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change.
