Senior Manager - Company Secretary | CTC: 20-25 LPA | Delhi NCR We are looking for an experienced and proactive professional to join us as Senior Manager - Company Secretary. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in legal compliance, IRDAI licensing, NBFC regulations,FEMA, and Companies Act with a passion for governance and regulatory excellence. Industry: Fintech, Insurance, NBFC, Legal, Startups Key Responsibilities: - Obtain and manage regulatory licenses, including IRDAI and NBFC approvals. - Handle BQP registration, POSP agreements, data filings, and broker code creation. - Ensure timely and accurate filings with MCA and IRDAI (e.g., AOC-4, MGT-7, SH-7). - Draft key governance policies including KYC and grievance redressal. - Maintain statutory registers, draft board resolutions, and manage meeting documentation. - Report downstream investments to RBI and coordinate with relevant stakeholders. - Work closely with investors, banks, vendors, and regulatory authorities. - Monitor legal updates across FDI, FATF, and other frameworks. - Lead or assist in setting up compliance infrastructure and tools. Requirements: - 7-8+ years of post-qualification experience as a Company Secretary. - Prior exposure in NBFC or insurance-based organizations is essential. - Strong knowledge of MCA, IRDAI, RBI, CERSAI, and related regulatory platforms. - Proven skills in legal drafting, policy creation, and statutory compliance. - Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills. - Self-starter with high ownership in fast-paced, compliance-driven environments.
