Role:

We are hiring for a Senior Manager / Chief Manager - Corporate Legal for a Japanese Financial Services MNC based in New Delhi.

Key Responsibilities:

- 90% focus on drafting, reviewing and vetting of commercial agreements, contracts and legal documents.

- 10% focus on litigation management and related legal matters.

- Ensure legal compliance and minimize contractual risks.

Candidate Profile:

- Qualification: LLB mandatory.

- Company Secretary (CS) qualification will be an added advantage.

- Strong experience in corporate legal matters, particularly contract drafting, review and vetting.
